Shondra Watson-Wilson is a wife, mom, and boss with a knack for helping others discover and activate their potential. She lives by the philosophy that if you are unhappy with something, it is up to you to change it. 

She and her team work under the belief that people and peacocks have a lot in common. Like humans, peacocks are unique when they spread their wings. Peacocks and humans signify great internal and external qualities. 

We must spread our beautiful wings and soar, however it is important to soar in the right direction. 

It is imperative to have healthy and beneficial interactions. Whether it be with your parent, spouse, co-worker, or customers. Shondra and her team are passionate about coaching you and/or your team to success.

Shondra is a Certified Life Coach 2025 Doctoral Candidate of Strategic leadership. She also holds a Master’s degree in Training and Development. She mastered methodological techniques used for training and developing adults. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and is highly skilled in applying sustainable change and influence in world-class Fortune 500 companies and employees. With over 20 years of experience in the field of diversity and inclusion.
